Terms of Service

Service Standards and Guidelines for Safe, Reliable Transportation

1. GENERAL

NSNMT Transport provides non-medical transportation services to the public, including self-pay, DD waiver, and private customers. Our website offers general information and the ability to book rides tailored to individual or client needs. We provide transportation for medical appointments, grocery shopping, day programs, social activities, and more. All our vehicles are standard and meet Colorado state inspection and insurance requirements, while our drivers are fully background-checked and insured. Ride bookings can only be made through our website or branded application.

2. LIABILITY

NSNMT Transport is not liable for improper use of its website and does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss of personal property while using our services. Our website is encrypted to protect your information. NSNMT is covered by corporate liability and motor vehicle insurance, ensuring passenger safety. Our drivers are trained in basic first aid but are not medical professionals. In cases requiring more than minor first aid, clients will be directed to the nearest urgent care, hospital, or appropriate healthcare provider. We are dedicated to passenger safety and take all reasonable steps to ensure secure travel with our drivers and vehicles.

3. BOOKING WITH US

Our website allows clients to book rides quickly and easily, with each ride request subject to availability. To ensure we can meet your needs, all ride bookings must be made at least three days in advance. NSNMT reserves the right to decline or cancel rides at our discretion.

We enforce a strict code of conduct, operating a three-strike policy. Any client exhibiting abusive, dangerous, or threatening behavior will receive two warnings, and after a third incident, the client’s account may be closed, and future service denied. Instances of gross misconduct, such as carrying weapons, physical harm, or inappropriate behavior, may result in an immediate and permanent ban.

4. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

To cancel a ride, clients must call NSNMT Transport at (720) 655-6111. Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours before the scheduled ride without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the total ride cost.

Driver Timeliness

Our drivers aim to arrive within 5 minutes before or after the scheduled pick-up time. If a driver is more than 10 minutes late, the client will receive a 50% refund of the trip cost. If the driver is more than 20 minutes late, the client will not be charged.

Client Punctuality

Clients should be ready at the scheduled pick-up time. If a client is 10 minutes late, a $20 USD late departure fee will apply. Clients who are over 20 minutes late may have their ride canceled and face a 7-day restriction on new bookings.
