Our Transportation Process

Booking Your Ride
To ensure a smooth and timely experience, please book your ride at least three business days before your appointment. This allows us to schedule the most suitable transportation for your needs. You can schedule your ride through various methods, such as calling our office or using our online booking system.

Prepare Your Information
When booking your ride, have the following details ready:

Your full name, date of birth, and phone number

Your Medicare or Medicaid ID number (if applicable)

The name, address, and phone number of your doctor or facility

The date and time of your appointment

Any specific details about your trip, such as special equipment or additional passengers

Verification Process
During the booking process, we will verify your identity to ensure everything is accurate and ready for your trip. This includes confirming:

Your Health First Colorado ID number (if applicable)

Your pick-up address and the details of your destination, including the doctor's or facility's contact information

On the Day of Your Trip
Please be ready at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Our driver will wait up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time to ensure you have plenty of time to prepare. If you use any special equipment, such as a wheelchair or walker, please have it ready, as our transportation providers may not carry additional equipment in their vehicles.

Modifying or Cancelling Your Trip
If you need to change or cancel your ride, contact NSNMT Transport at (720) 655-6111 as soon as possible. Even if your trip is scheduled for mileage reimbursement, we need to be informed of any changes so that we can adjust your transportation accordingly.

Mileage Reimbursement (If Applicable)
If you’re eligible for mileage reimbursement through Health First Colorado and have arranged your own transportation, you can still coordinate your trip through NSNMT. We will help you with the necessary steps to ensure your reimbursement is processed correctly.
